Decided to take part in a 30 day walking challenge. During the entire month of April I will be wearing this pedometer and tracking my # of steps. so I've got my Pedometer and I'm ready. Day one= 4 miles! I walked this while at work from 10am (when I picked up my pedometer) till bedtime.
2000= 1 mile
Cash prize is given at the end with the person who walks the most/# of steps/miles, but I think it will just be interesting just to see how much I walk between work, home, and chasing after 3 kids.
Cool! I like this idea, I have a pedometer but I think I'd like to focus on how many miles I can walk/run in April!
